Etihad Rail, known as major national railway network present in the United Arab Emirates (UAE), is a significant mode of connection between the central cities, ports, industrial hubs, and nearby nations.

The next phase that Eitehad Rail has announced is all about bringing the nation and its people closer together. The UAE’S new and innovative project will extend upto Saudi Border at Ghaweifat. This will form a first cross-border link between the Gulf, marking its way towards the bigger step taken in the region, which is ready to transform the connection of trade and travelling.
This 900-kilometre long rail network whcih is already linking all the seven emirates from Ghuweifat to Fujairah, will soon connect an even larger Gulf nation including Oman, Qatar, Kuwait, and Bahrain. Moreover, this project would become the means of beneficiary for the citizens living in UAE and Saudi Arabia, where trade and transporation would become easily accesscible.
However, this rail projects not only aims to be an easy way of trading goods and shipment but also focuses on building strong connection between the nations by providing jobs and avoiding pollution. Hence, the last stage to bring this rail into reality is first to create the physical link and making sure to go through by coordinating rules and regulations, ensuring an effortless operation.
This indicates a strong relation between the Gulf Nations which are settling to integrate and work together in order to create strong bond with each other to establish sustaibility and fluent collaboration for its citizen and non-citizen.
